how can i call outlook express from a com+ component?

If in the component properties, in the identity tab if i choose the
interactive user option my application can successfully call outlook
express to send a mail, but if I choose the This user option in the
identity tab, when my com+ app tries to call the outlook express
functions it doesnt work. Is it any problem with user account I put
in the This user box? This user has administration rights so I don't
know why I can not call outlook Express functions from my Com+ app.

Help, please
