Hello All
Can the "calander", and "calander in mailbox" be sync'd to have the same
info in it?
My problem is that when I recieve an appt. in the "calendar in mailbox", my
handheld, sync's the info from the "caledar" instead of the "calander in
mailbox".
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Any particular reason you're not using your mailbox as your default delivery
location?

I guess i have it configured incorrectly. Could you please advise as to the
correct setup, I wish to be able to get the calendar info sync'd with my
hand held device. Right now when an appt. is sent to me it goes to
"calendar", but i am putting my calander appointment info in "calander in
mailbox" in order to share the info with other users, this is the info I
would like sync'd to my hand held, but the "calendar" info is what sync's.
Could you explain the purpose of the two calendars.

Thans for the help

There's no particular reason to have two calendars if you don't know why.
You should be able to just use your mailbox if you set it as your default
delivery location here: Tools menu > Email accounts > View/Change existing
email accounts > Click Next. Set the "Deliver new email" dropdown to your
mailbox

Thanks for the info, but can the 2 calanders be sync'd to contain the same
info?

There's info here on syncing:
http://www.slipstick.com/exchange/olsync1.htm

But you still might want to think about why you're using two message stores
when one might suffice (along with offline folders)

Thanks for the info, I would love to get rid of one msg store, but I will
need to figure out how to make the handheld sync the "cal in mailbox" store
instead of of the calader store, because can only share the "cal in
mailbox" store
Again many thanks!

You've been told how already. Vince's second respose to you gave you that
information. Please read the responses you've already received.
