Can I buy Outlook without buying the entire Office package?

I cannot afford to buy the entire Office 2007 package, so is it possible to
buy Outlook without all the bells and whistles which I don't even want, and
will not use? I have never used PowerPoint in my life and have no use at all
for Access and Excel, and very little use these days for Publisher.

Certainly you can buy Outlook as a stand-alone package...

Where, how? I've hunted all over and all I can find is the entire bells and
whistles. Probably my eyesight I know, especially at this time of night, but
help would be appreciated.

That's where I am anyway. Better save up my pennies for a few weeks
before I can afford it. Still at least I know where I can buy it from.
Hmmm, wonder if Santa Clause might buy it for me!
