We just purchased Microsoft Office Home for our company, and only later
learned about BCM. Is there any way we can add BCM to Outlook 2007? Or is our
only option uninstalling Outlook and purchasing Outlook2007 with BCM?

Yes sure you can download BCM separately but to do so you first need to
download the entire Office Professional 2007 and this will give you BCM
as second download file. I suggest try this link:

The file size is: 253,502 KB and the file name is: X13-11296.exe
