My PowerPoint presentation is 786 MB which won't fit on the 700MB CD-?I
wanted to know if I can burn it on a DVD-R which seems to hold.... GB instead
of MB???? I want others that do not have PowerPoint to be able to watch it.

Yes, you can use a DVD instead of a CD, it will hold 4.7 GB. But please
make sure that the recipients have a DVD drive installed, that's not yet
standard for all computers.

Maybe you'll find a solution there to make your presentation smaller, so
that it fits on a CD.

If you burn it as PPT, others will at least need the PPT viewer to watch it.
I always include the viewer on the CD/DVD and add a text file to tell
someone how to use it. The "others" will need a DVD player on their
computer to view it. You could convert from PPT to video and they could
play it on their TV DVD player without PPT.

If you want to those who have not PowerPoint even PPT viwer to watch your
PowerPoint presentation with 786 MB, at least there are two solutions
available for you now. The first one is to burn your powerpoint presentation
into a DVD video CD. However to watch your powerpoint, the viwers need to
have a DVD driver installed on their computers or a standalone DVD player.
The other solution is to convert your powerpoint file into FLASH.

If you want to burn your powerpoint presentation into DVD video CD, you can
