Try running Package for CD and package to a folder. This will resolve all
the links and put the video in the folder, etc. Then burn the contents of
the folder (that is, the presentation and the video file -- you can include
the Viewer files if you want the presentation to run in the Viewer from the
CD, if it just needs to run in PPT, then you can skip all the Viewer files)
to the CD so they're "loose" (that is, not in a folder) on the CD.
