how can i broadcast live video to my webpage?

I work for a non profit group and the board meets regularly.

Several members attend by phone and a suggestion was made about possibly
broadcasting the meeting live on the web. People could go to the web and
watch and listen from there.

We have a webpage and can designate a page. I just need to figure out how to
make it work.

Can anyone help?

I have a webcam and also a DV camcorder availble to use.
