My email filter (Outlook 2003) is not ctaching all the unwanted, spam emails
particularly those with some "suggestive" content. Is there a way I can
block emails by certain words in the subject line or in the content?
Blocking by sender isn't working well enough.

If the junk email filter is set on high, you'll need to create rules to move
or delete the mail.
