BCM- means contacting your business contacts. Why can't I send a letter/fax,
and have it show up in the history file? I ant to use BCM bring up a word
templete, have BCM populate the templete, add my coments, print the letter or
fax it, save it as all correspondence should be able to do. Then there are
times I need to recall that letter make changes and reprint and mail again.

The Office story is that Word is the application at the center of
letter writing, whether faxed or printed and mailed. Word can pull
data from other Office apps, like addresses from BCM.

I understand that BCM wants to change that, become the "communications
hub", and be the Office nexus for small businesses. We'll see in the
next version how that's coming along.

I thought things were suppsed to be getting better!! So, now I have to open
word, do a merge and then tell BCM that a letter is linked to this contact
and then make sure I do not accidently move my word document or otherwise
delete it. Well, it looks like Microsoft is going to re-design the
proverbial wheel. I hope they look around and find someone else like maker
of 'Prophet' have done a better job. Maybe then they will just buy an
rebadge it. One kives in hope.
