Can I ban news messages based on cross posting?

Someone in another group said their newsreader could do that.

I'm using Outlook. Can I ban messages cross-posted to five or more
groups, like I want to?

Outlook isn't a News Reader. Try an Outlook Express or Windows Mail News
Group.
