How can I backup my outlook data to U3?

I need a good way of keeping my outlook files sync'd between my personal pc
and work pc. What is the best way of doing this?

copy the pst to the drive - if you are careful not to remove the drive while
outlook is open, you could leave it on the usb - but you have a higher
chance of corruption if you do.
