as a hotel business we have a lot of emails including many enquiries for
brochures, i would like to place a rule or task that automatically creates a
new contact from each enquiry without having to paste and copy etc. just need
email address, name, contact tel number at this stage.

Hi,

You can open the email, then right click on the individual addresses and
add them individually.

If that gets tiresome you could get a 3rd party tool like Add Email
Address (at http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outloo...il-Address.asp)
which will do it automatically or see the list at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/special_function.asp for a bunch of (again
3rd party) options.
