How can I automate system defrag?

I would like to automate my system defrag using task scheduler. Everything
goes alright up to where the defrag screen loads. Now it asks to select a
drive and then click defrag. I want the process to start automatically
without my intervention. Is there a batch file that I need to create and if
so what would it look like?
