How can authorized users of my Calendar see free, but not busy time?

Hello,
I would like to know if it is posible for users of Outlook 2003 (or
2007), when setting up appointments/meetings in their Calendars, to
see if the people they are inviting have free time at the desired
meeting time without being able to see everything on each of their
invitees Calendars?
In other words, is it possible to share or publish one's free time
without sharing or publishing one's busy time? Even if my free and
busy time must be published together, can the details about my busy
time be inaccessable (or blocked) when other authorized users view my
Calendar?
Thanks!

After furious head scratching, JGood asked:
