How can I audit the use what file do they download or upload?

Hi all,

This is kind of urgent to me. Is that anyway that we can audit the log
file or check the local user what file do they download or upload from the
domain server?
That seems related to some of our users who tried to download some of the
files who should not take it outside to his laptop and bring it home. Is that
anyway that we can check what files he has been download to his machine?
