Can I assign categories to batches of records in Outlook.

's Computer Specifications

I have public files on our network and they are not assigned a category. I
need to assign categories but don't want to do it one at a time. Is there
another way I can do this besides exporting to excel and reimporting them.

Simply select all the emails you want and assign the category.
