File/import-export/export to a file/personal folder file(pst)
pick the whole mailbox, check include subfolders, might as well get everything
Next / this is important, use browse and give the file a name, and put it
where you can find it.
Then it will put everything in that file, and you can burn it to a CD like
any other file.
