Can i apply admin policies to create an Outlook rule?

Hi.

Is posible deploy with a doman admin template a rule for oultook?

I need to when a user receive a message with the tag [SPAM] in the
subject, that message will be stored in the user junk mail folder

How can i do that?

you can't create rules with admin policy.

Are you using exchange server?
