can anyone see me

hi,

i have logitech cam express. it was working fine then suddenly other people
cant see me. i unistalled spybot thinking thts wht stopping it. but tht didnt
solve the problem. i also tried to switch off firewall and do a restore of my
windows. but nothing is working. my restore is not working at all so can roll
back window anyway.

i m usin sony vio with window xp home edition. please advice
