I've just built up my first computer using KV8-Max3 mb and Athlon 64 - when
you turn on power supply everything looks ok with the post code display
showing zero zero - but then when I turn it on it only goes for a few
seconds before a two tone alarm goes off .....The post code indicator gets
to 3 the alarm starts then at 8 it powers down by itself....The manual isn't
much help - I've reset the bios as per the manual and I've tried it with
only the video card ( Saphire ATI Radeon 9600XT 128DDR) but still just the
