Can anybody answer this?

I have asked this question a few times. I am trying to
limit what users can access on the Web through IE6.0. I
only want them to access my companies webpage, but I can
not disable the View > Explorer Bar > search option. I am
using both internet options & Group edit policies. Can
anybody answer this? This is a Windows 2000 machine.
