I am have a lot of problems with internet explorer 7. I cant access some
links on somer pages of which I have been able to do before.
Not on that, I cant even do a system restore. What is happening? and Can
someone at least help me fix this problem.

Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database
product. The Microsoft website may have misdirected you. These are
newsgroups (or in your case a forum) where all help is shared within the
groups. Private emails do not allow everyone to benefit.
