How can I alphabetize a meeting request automatically without having to input
the names in alphabetical order?

If you look at your sent items for an appointment item, are not the names already alphabetized? It happens automagically in my outlook.

No, the names are in the order in which i entered them in the To: line.
I've checked all sorts of options and hit the Check Names icon and no luck.
At my previous company clicking on teh Check Names icon used to sort the
names in alphabetical order.
