how can I add stationery / signature whilst replying to an email

I have set up my signature/stationery so that everytime I open a new email
it comes up.

I do not want this to come on EVERYTIME I reply to an email but may need it
once or twice.

How do I set this up so I can add sig/Stat to a reply (one-off)?

Depends on your version of Outlook and (for previous versions of Outlook) if
you use Word or Outlook as the email editor.
