Can Add-ins run in Windows Mail?

OE didn't allow to run com add-in's. Is this now possible in Windows Mail? If
so how to install them?

I haven't seen a mechanism in Windows Mail to use COM add-ins.
COM add-ins are for Microsoft Office Outlook, an entirely different product,
with entirely different code.

Its just as programmable as OE or less so. See
