I can't add or delete favorites.

I get unspecified error.

I saw other posts but they all said to try 100 different things. Anyone
know the real solution to this problem and can explain it easily so I can
follow it without trying 100 different things. Why is isn't Microsoft fixing
this problem with an update if so many people have it?

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories and right-click
on the Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator".
Type in: SFC /SCANNOW and press your Enter key.

If that does not work, try repairing your system. Boot from your Windows
Vista DVD, select the System Repair Option > on the setup screen, select
'Repair Computer > Select your installation of Windows > select Startup
Repair option and follow instructions.

This did not work. Anyone else have any ideas?
