At the bottom of my Start Menu are a couple choices: "Log Off
<user>..." and "Shut Down...". Is it possible for me to add another
option there, right above the "Log Off" option? I'm thinking a "Lock
Computer" option would be nice.

Create a shortcut called "Lock Computer" on the desktop and enter

%windir%\System32\rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation

for its run parameters

then drag that onto your Start button

OK, but it looks like it can only go into that top section. I was
wondering if I could put it into that bottom section, where the "Log
Off" and "Shut Down" are.
