Marquee isn't really a dynamic effect. It's an obsolete and non-standard
Internet Explorer only feature. You can still enable it though by setting
the Page Options (under the Tools) to target IE only and not IE and Netscape
Navigator. When you do this, you should get this feature back. Be warned
though, this will let you add a bunch of other things to a page that will
generally look like garbage on other web browsers. You may be better off
finding a javascript marquee as they are usually more cross-browser friendly
(and have cooler features often). Check javascript.internet.com and
www.dynamicdrive.com for some good free scripts.

Hope this helps,

That's interesting. I have a marquee on my home page, and it looks
exactly the same in IE and FireFox. I guess I should install Netscape
to see how it looks there.

The marquee tag is support by NS6 and up browsers, but in FP you must set browsers to IE Only or
Custom to insert it.
