Can I access Microsoft Outlook (my inbox) from the web?

You should be able to use your ISP's web access to your mailbox.

If you leave a copy of your mail on the server, then you would still be able
to see it.
If you want remote access to your home PC in order to use Outlook, you'll
have to install and configure a third party software to allow this plus make
sure you understand the security that needs to be in place.
