My company just switched email systems. After updating the email account
information in Outlook, I can no longer access the servers for any of my
email accounts. I setup the new account in Outlook Express and have no
problems sending of receiving. I tried importing the Outlook Express account
into Outlook to make sure all the setting are the same, but Outlook still
cannot send or receive.

Any ideas?

Are there any error messages and/or numbers that would help with
troubleshooting? What version of Outlook? What type of email environment
(POP3, Exchange, etc.)?

I am using Outlook 2003.

The error message is:
Task 'Pechan - Receiving' reported error (0x80042108) : 'Outlook is unable
to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive
this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider
(ISP).'

Did you update your POP and SMTP server information?
