Maybe someone has been through this already - if so please let me know what
you've discovered:

If I am creating a Business Contact Manager Marketing Campaign that involves
multiple steps (sending email, setting tasks, appointments, follow up mail
etc), is it possible to have tasks set for each stage in the campaign?

And further to that, is it possible to have steps assigned to different
individuals? We have a 5 person team, and different functions are done by
different individuals, so if we were to use a BCM campaign, we would need to
find a way that if an appointment needs to be booked one person does that
while another person receives the reminder to send mail or make a phone call.

Please let me know if you have any experience with this functionality, and
whether I am barking up the wrong tree trying to make a MS product work for
me (rather that working for a MS product).

Has anyone have any knowledge at all on this most sensible request? I too,
need to have this type of functionality.

In fact, I seem to recall in one of the on-line demos (before I invested
heavily in this product for our office a couple of months back), that you
could not only create said task, but you could assign it and the recipient
could choose to accept it, or they could accept it and forward it to someone
else, or refuse it (back to the assignor).

Was I dreaming?
