Camera Wizard problem

I have a Casio EX-Z850. I use Win XP SP2. I was using the Windows Scanner
and Camera Wizard to download my pictures, and it had all the options I
wanted.

Then, the Wizard stopped working. Now, when I connect the camera to the USB
cradle, Windows recognizes the removable disk, and presents the following
options:

Copy pictures using the Scanner & Camera Wizard
View slideshow using the Windows Picture & fax viewer
Print using Photo Printing wizard
View & share using Webshots Desktop
view with Nero Photosnap
Open with Win Explorer
No action

All the above options work, with the exception of the Webshots Desktop and
the Windows Scanner & Camera Wizard.

Also, if I run the Windows Scanner and Camera Wizard separately, it only
recognizes the Lexmark multifunction printer/scanner/copier I have attached,
but does not recognize the camera, nor does it give me the option of adding
the camera.

I do not have Real Player, nor InCD on my system. I have run AutoFix, as
well as REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL, and Net start stisvc. There are no yellow
exclamation signs next to the mass storage device in the USB ports in Device
Manager, my USB is set to Mass Storage (USB Direct-Print), but I have also
tried PTP, with no luck.

It seems that my problem is localized to the Camera Wizard. Any suggestions?

TIA
