Camera Wizard not working

My camera wizard used to work as soon as I plugged in
camera to usb port. For some reason it now recognises
camera as a USB storage device and the wizard does not
open. I have no idea how to get my pictures off my memory
stick. Any help on how to get the wizard back would be
appreciated, I was in love with the wizard!
