Camera event - program missing from "Choose Application" window

I have just upgraded a program (zoombrowser) which is the program I choose
when I plug my camcorder in. Now when I plug in the USB lead this program is
not in the list of those in the "Choose Application" (e.g. imaging is but
this is not. There is also not an "event" tab on the camera properties. If
I open the program manually all is well but I wish to add this program back
into the "Registered Applications" for this camera.
