Hello,

can not install samsung camcorder driver on PC with XP pro/sp2. hardware
update wizard is unable to install. Message: there was a problem installing
this hardware. in computer management/device manager/usb controller/samsung
camcorder is yellow marked. no update over web is possible.

Can somebody help

Hi Pike,

You could try right clicking the item in Device Manager & select Uninstall.
Do a re-boot. Plug your camera in again and when the hardware wizard comes
up, inset the CD for your camera software. Close anything that auto starts
off the cd. Let the wizard scan the "specific location" (your CD) for the
correct driver.
