Calling Card w/Fax Console problem

I have Windows XP home with fax console--love it. Problem: No long distance
service on my land line--I use calling cards. I need to send a long distance
fax using my calling card and can't figure out how to set a dialing rule (or
manual dial would be my goal) which allows for the "prompts", i.e., enter
"2" to speak English and then pause to enter my calling card pin number. Any
clues? I'm fine with local faxes but any long distance ones, I'm at a loss.
