How to call WER in .net 1.1 Winform application

How is the Windows Error Reporting service called from a .NET 1.1
application? I've seen the support for preventing the .net clr dialog for
..NET 2.0 - ie.
Application.SetUnhandledExceptionMode(UnhandledExceptionMode.ThrowException);

, but how can I explicitly call WER in .NET 1.1 (for Vista Certification).
