How to call up an Access file from a menu

Howdy

What I would like is to call more then one Access program that I
have made. I would like to have it in a menu, but I do not know how to
code it or have Access do it. I am sure it is a simple thing to do, but
I can not figure it out. I am using Access 2007. Thank you for any and
all help in this manner.
