What brand and model of phone system (PBX or KSU -- Key System Unit) are you
using, Cathy? I would start with that vendor and see if they have drivers
for their system.
If it's just you and your PC, then plug a regular phone into your modem,
pick up the handset like you're going to dial a call, and then tell BCM to
dial the number for you.
