Panic over, It was an Antivir false positive...
Seems it was only Antivir picking it up.  Quote:

Have any of you tried the Spec-Ops mode on this? I'm up to the Delta section, and it's starting to get pretty hard! Those "juggernaughts" that come running out at you take quite a few shots to finish off, even 6 sniper rifle shots
 .

Not played much Spec ops, tbh i've not played this in over a week now. what with xmas and just cba with it atm.
Maybe i'll give it a blast tonight now.

It's worth checking it out
It can be played in single player or co-op mode, and works well in both. Some of the later levels are so difficult though.
