Outlook 2003 and VISTA home premium 64 bit

When using CONTACTS/Actions/Call contact/ Open a Journal Entry,

The little clock and second hand are not spinning and showing the amount of
minutes being recorded on that particular call.

Known issue. It is just the animation that is broken though, the time is
still being recorded correctly.
