Calender sizing

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help me a problem, I have created an
Expenditure sheet showing my monthly bills. I have placed a calender Object
on the sheet.

I have reduced it to a certain size so it fits in a certain position, and in
design mode it fits but when I come out of design it get bigger for some
reason when I go back to design it go back to the size I made it.

My question is why and how can I stop it?
