Calender permissions dissappear after restart of the exchange serv

Hi does anybody have a light to shed on this dilemma for me

users share their calenders and assign Calender permissions but after a
restart of the exchange server these permissions tend to dissappear ...I am
clueless what might be causing this ...any hint greatly appreciated --
