hi there

We're having a problem with some shared calendars in our business. Even
though the calendars are shared (Default user is set to Reviewer and
sometimes also the concerning user is added to the list as a Reviewer), some
users can't see other user's calendars. For example, I can see "Mr. Smith's"
calendar but my friend can't, even though the calendar is shared using said
settings and everyone in the company should be able to see the calendar.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

I forgot to add that my friend can open the calendar, but no items are
showing up in it. sometimes there is also an error message "the connection to
the microsoft exchange server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or
connected to complete this action." when he tries opening a calendar. I don't
ever get this error message.
