Calendaring Printing assistant

I am using the calendaring printing assistant to view about 10 calendars, I
want to print them out using Calendaring Printing assistant. It is great
other then the appointments for each person is displayed with a symbol rather
then the name of the person. does anyone know how to change the symbol to
the user name.
