Calendaring Excel to either a Calendar Template or Outlook

I have a lot of dates across an excel spreadsheet. Each date has some items
listed under it. I want to take it out of a spreadsheet form and place it in
a Calendar looking form for 2009-2010. I do not want to retype into a
Calendar I just want to import. How do I do this
