When a user adds an all day event on a Windows 2K wkstn
using Outlook XP, another user using Windows XP and
Outlook XP is seeing the event as an appointment with and
additional day added on.

Scenario: Created All Day event starting on August 27th
and ending August 29th on W2K machine. Go to WXPP machine
and see the event starting on the August 26th at 11:00 PM
going through until August 29th.

I've checked all system dates, BIOS and Windows, along
with time zones, and nothing is out of the ordinary,
everything matches. Windows XP is completely patched with
latest as well as Office XP.

Any clues?
