"Calendar work week" setup for nonstandard shifting work hours?

Calendar's work week assumes that all the days start and end at the same
time. My work week is the same week-to-week, but not day-to-day. For
example, every Monday is 8am-5pm and Tuesday is 9am-8pm. How can I get
Calendar's work week to reflect this?
