FYI...I keep an old copy of the Exchange client handy just
for when this happens. You can log on with it and you
will find that the Calendar, Notes, Journal, etc. show up
as plain old folders. You can then move them. Be sure to
run the following commands after doing so to clean up
Schedule Plus calendar information and free/busy
information that may get posted to the Exchange server:
Outlook.exe /CleanSchedPlus
Outlook.exe /CleanFreeBusy
