Thank you for your response. Even after running the ScanPST.exe and the
repair, the problem is persisting.
Apart from this, I have a few more queries:
1. I observed that there are two Personal Folders. How do I combine the
data into one Personal Folder?
2. Even though Outlook is not being used, a tmp file gets created and
disappears after a while. Why is it so and how does one prevent it?
3. How does one clean appointments, tasks and journal entries which are
more than 1-2 months old?
The PST file is becoming bigger and bigger. May be after clearing old
entries, it shall trim down.
